HOW WE HELP
 

OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

Least intensive level of treatment. Clients attend 1-2 hours of group counseling a day and 1-8 times per month.  At this level of care clients can live at home or at a sober living home while in treatment at our facility.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

Is the next step up that generally includes 3 hours  a day, 3 to 5 days per week. The frequency then tapers down depending on their clinical needs.  At this level of care clients can live at home or at a sober living home while in treatment at our facility.

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM

This is a another step up in level of care that includes 5-6 hours of treatment per day 5 days a week. The frequency then tapers off depending on their clinical needs.  At this level of care clients are transported from either a hospital or residential treatment facility setting.

STAGES OF TREATMENT

  • Treatment Engagement

Encourages the Client to stay in treatment, seek out problems, understand the program guidelines and expectations, and stabilize any crises. Duration is from a 3 days to a 3 weeks.

  •  Early Recovery

Provides educational groups, learn recovery skills, and address lapses and relapses. Duration is from 6 weeks to around 3 months.

  • Maintenance and continuing care

Helps the Client build upon what they have learned in first two stages.

  • Community support

Provides the Client with a plan to leave treatment successfully and continue attending self-help meetings for continued recovery.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Assists with immediate problems from substance use in order to gain and maintain abstinence. Underlying or lifelong conflicts that contribute to substance use are not usually addressed. Therapy sessions are usually between 30 and 50 minutes, initially 1 time per week and tapers down to 1 to 2 times per month, depending on the clinical needs of the client.


CASE MANAGEMENT COUNSELING

WE help clients to identify services they may need

Our counselors collaborate with Clients in developing their treatment plan, as well as assist with needed resources, family and community service needs, social services, etc. Sessions are usually between 30 and 50 minutes, initially 1 or 2 times per week and tapers down depending on the needs of the client.


MEDICAL TREATMENT

We provide medical treatment to clients that consist of medical and medication management by a licensed physician.  Our licensed Lab Director manages all medical clearances and toxicology labs.

We provide monitoring of alcohol and drug use, laboratory testing, and toxicology services.  Clients who need additional treatment services can be referred to a primary care physician or a psychiatrist for psychiatric services.
